Your main activities consist of:
- Provide support for project delivery processes and tooling (e.g. SAP, Sharepoint, Service Now, etc.). This implies:
- measuring and monitoring progress throughout the project delivery processes
- preparing ad hoc reports (e.g. status reports) for management
- share process documentation and work documents with all process actors
- Propose process and tooling improvement proposals and advise project sponsor, program and project managers on project management disciplines and approaches
- coaching and adjusting the process actors in the day-to-day use of the processes, documentation and tooling
- Act as SSoT (single source of truth) about all ideas, demands and projects as a reference point for questions and information about project delivery processes. Collecting proposals for improving tooling and passing them on to the tool managers
- Ensure the preparation of the financial cost structure with a view to the correct registration of project costs. This includes, among other things. in: supervising the necessary validations, the financial closure of the projects and the collection and approval of the information regarding the use of the financial resources
- Plan and organize content of various committees (e.g. approval gates, project meetings, etc.) and then implement the decisions and actions taken
- Keep yourself abreast of project management, methodology and standards evolutions within the IT sector to keep your knowledge up-to-date
